I'm Brandon Roberts, a West Point graduate and Army veteran living in San Antonio. I started Cheddar Cat Studio to help local small businesses look as good online as they are in person, especially the ones with great Google reviews and no website. Here's how it works.
The studio is named after my orange cat, Cheddar, our official mascot.

What's the catch?
There isn't one. We build a free preview so you can see your site before you spend anything. If you like it, you pay the setup fee and the monthly care plan. If not, you walk away and owe nothing.
How much does a website cost with Cheddar Cat Studio?
A Launch Site is $750 one-time setup plus a $49/month care plan. Our first 3 founding clients pay $500 setup instead, with the same site and the same care plan. Prices are flat and published, and you see a free preview before you pay anything, so you know exactly what you're getting before we talk money.
Do I need a website if I already have great Google reviews?
Usually, yes. Your Google reviews get you found, but many customers still want to check your services, hours, and service area before they call. When there's no website, they often tap the next business that has one. A simple, mobile-first site with your reviews up top and a big tap-to-call button helps turn those reviews into phone calls.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, not ours, and the site belongs to your business. The $49/month care plan is month to month, so there's no long contract keeping you with us. You stay because the site works for you, not because you're locked in.
What do I need to send you?
Very little. A quick call or our 5-minute form covers the basics: your services, hours, service area, and how customers should reach you. We pull your reviews from your Google listing. Photos and a logo help if you have them, but they're not required.
How long does it take?
About 7 days from our first conversation to a live site. First we build your free preview, then you look it over on your phone and ask for changes, and once you're happy we connect your domain and launch.
What does the $49/month cover?
The care plan keeps your site online and cared for after launch. It's month to month, with no long contract.
